讨论了植物生长素对铁皮石斛种胚萌发和ABA对原球茎质量的影响.实验结果表明NAA在0.05～2.0×10-6范围内都能促进种胚萌发，而2,4-D促进种胚萌发的浓度范围很窄，仅在浓度为0.5×10-6时能促进种胚萌发；0.5×10-6ABA则能显著促进原球茎的生长及其质量的提高. Both the effects of auxin on D.candidum embryos germination and of ABA on PLBs quality were described.Experimental results showed that the range of 2,4-D concentration capable of stimulating embryo germination was quite narrow,to be about 0.5×10-6 only.For NAA,the effective range was 0.05×10-6～2.0×10-6.That 0.5×10-6 ABA could significantly activate the growth of PLBs were found and their quality was improved. 关键词： 铁皮石斛 , 种胚 , 原球茎 , NAA , 2 , 4-D , ABA | 全部关键词 |
